Acquisition Cost.

The one-time purchase of the asset based on the share size.

Monthly Management Fee.

The monthly management fee covers indirect operating costs including pilot salaries, training, hangaring, insurance, and owner support.

Occupied Hourly Fee.

The occupied hourly fee covers flight specific direct operating costs including standard fuel, maintenance, catering (for small and midsize aircraft), and landing fees. You're charged only for occupied flight hours plus taxi time.

Miscellaneous.

Includes variable fuel surcharge as applicable, international fees for travel outside the U.S., and a Federal Excise Tax on the Occupied Hourly Fee.

Repositioning.

Because we are a company with a focus on the Southeast we require minimal repositioning of empty aircraft otherwise known as shuttling the aircraft from owner to owner.
